Aetos Chapters

1. Two or more members of Aetos that can commit to hosting a community event once a month.
2. Sit for review with the board (minimum two members of the board) for interview.
3. Interview criteria to be personality based (overview of professional life, why they want to host an Aetos Chapter, where chapter will be hosted, can commit to hosting event once a month).
4. Chapter leaders will be expected to uphold Aetos Core Values and execute the mission statement
5. Chapters can elect to meet more than once a month, but minimum activity requirements of at least once a month (holiday and travel months excluded)

Chapter meeting handbook

1. Place to host event (airport, hanger, house, business room, church).
2. Host and lead the event from introductions and speakership.
3. Guest speaker is optional (encouraged), guest speaker is left to discretion of chapter leader(s).
4. Once a week devotional can be a tool of conversation/ content.
5. Podcast discussions can be used for a tool of conversation/content Podcast

Chapter meeting format

1. Meet and greet time (15-20 min)
2. Chapter leader introduction
3. Identify and introduce new members
4. Testimonies or member engagement stories in the real world
5. Point of discussion (devotional, recent aviation story/ event, guest speaker)
6. Concluding prayer (gather prayer requests or thanksgiving)
7. Fellowship time
